Prices

All prices reflect Elite Sportswear's commitment to offer consistently high standards in quality at the lowest possible prices. However, continued increases in raw materials, utilities, labor, etc. subject us to price changes beyond our control. Therefore, prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. Payment types are limited to those presented on the Check Out page. Credit cards accepted include VISA, MasterCard, Novus Cards (includes: Discover, Bravo and Private Issue), and American Express. For school districts, colleges and universities, and YMCAs purchase orders are accepted. Retail accounts (not consumers) may also pay by check or money order only please. A service fee of $35.00 will be charged for any check payment that must be reprocessed. If an account warrants placement with a collection agency, all charges resulting from collection are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment in full or a purchase order (P.O.'s apply to colleges, high schools and YMCAs only) must be received before an order goes into production. Special order charged to VISA, MasterCard, Novus Cards, or American Express will be billed at the time the order is placed. Orders for stock items will be charged at the time of shipment.

State, local and county sales tax is applicable on all orders, inclusive of freight where applicable unless you have furnished us with a valid sales tax exemption certificate

If the required payment is not received within 45 days from the date the order was placed, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping Methods

All orders shipped within the continental United States are sent FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Please note: Stock orders normally take 1-3 business days to leave our plant, but may take longer on items with high customer demand. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska are sent FedEx 2 Day unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped to Puerto Rico or Canada are sent FedEx Economy unless otherwise specified. Orders shipped to all other international destinations are sent FedEx Priority. All product is shipped F.O.B. Reading, Pennsylvania. For international orders, duty and VAT may be applicable. Please check with your local authorities. Elite Sportswear, L.P. will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred. Special shipping arrangements can be made for faster shipping. However, these methods of shipping are considerably more expensive and are the responsibility of the customer (e.g. FedEx Priority, FedEx 2 Day, or FedEx Saver).

Stock and special orders that are placed at the same time do not get processed or shipped together, due to the additional lead time required for special order items. Therefore, it is necessary to include separate shipping and handling charges.

Order Changes/Additions/Cancellations

Before placing an order, please check your order carefully. Any changes or additions made after placing an order will be treated as a new order. Changes, additions or cancellations cannot be made to special orders already in production.

Stock Orders Delivery Time

Items temporarily out of stock will be backordered and shipped as soon as they become available. Please send an email to Customer Service or call us to confirm stock availability. Stock orders normally take 1-3 business days to leave our plant, but may take longer on items with high customer demand.

Gymnastics Custom Design Samples

We require a $150 Fee (billed to your credit card) for each custom design submitted. This is a package price and includes the cost portion of developing a sample of your custom design. This includes design charges for garment and embellishment creation, set-up charges, 3 revisions and costs to produce the finished garment. An additional fee of $100 will be required for each round of revisions to the sample exceeding the 3 included revisions. Revisions are defined as changes to the sample that do not require the development of a new base pattern. Changes that require a new base pattern are considered a new custom design and are subject to an additional $150 Fee. If a customer needs a custom matching warm-up, the fee required will be $75 to cover the women’s warm-up sample. Leotard samples are produced in a size Adult Small.

Cheer Custom Design Samples

We require a $250 Fee (billed to your credit card) for each custom design submitted. This is a package price and includes the cost portion of developing a sample of the custom design. This includes design charges for garment and embellishment creation, set-up charges, 3 revisions and costs to produce the finished garment. An additional fee of $100 will be required for each round of revisions to the sample exceeding the 3 included revisions. Revisions are defined as changes to the sample that do not require the development of a new base pattern. Changes that require a new base pattern are considered a new custom design and are subject to an additional $250 Fee. If a customer needs a custom matching men’s uniform and/or warm-up, the Fee required will be $75 to accompany the women’s sample. Women’s uniform samples will be produced in a size Adult Small, the Men’s uniform samples will be a size Adult Small, unless you indicate otherwise.


Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations

Since we ship your stock purchases as fast as possible, any item classified as "stock" or "in stock" cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Any item classified as "special order" may be cancelled for a limited time prior to being released to production. Please contact customer service with any questions on concerns.

Returns

Elite gladly accepts customer returns and exchanges, provided the following conditions are met. This return policy applies to stock items only. Special orders are made to customer's specifications and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a Quality or Manufacturing defect. Stock items that are ordered with embellishments (jewels, embroidery, sequinz™, etc.) are considered special orders.

  • All returns/exchanges must be sent to Elite no more than 30 days after receipt of merchandise for consumers
  • or 60 days after shipment of merchandise for Dealers/Clubs. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required along
  • with a completed Return/Exchange Form. Consumer exchanges will be credited for the full amount of the returned items
  • and then charged for the new items being shipped. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred.
  • Dealers/Clubs must call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping any merchandise back to Elite.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total credit for Dealers/Club returns only. If the reason for the return is a
  • shipping error made by Elite; we will replace the merchandise and waive the 15% restocking fee. If replacement
  • merchandise is not available, we will issue a credit to the customer's account.
  • All potential Quality or Manufacturing defect issues must call Customer Service for a Return Authorization Number prior to shipping merchandise back to Elite. Elite Sportswear, L.P. will not accept returns on defective merchandise beyond six (6) months from the date of receipt of merchandise.
  • Merchandise must not have been worn or laundered and must have all hang tags and sewn in tags attached in their
  • original position and condition. Items returned for repair must be washed or a $10.00 laundering fee will be charged
  • per garment.
  • Pictures are required for fit issues, fabric issues, or any defects of the merchandise. Please email pictures to customerservice@gkelite.com along with your contact and account information.
  • We strongly recommend you choose a method of shipment that enables you to trace your return package if necessary.
  • We will not reimburse above a Ground Method of freight costs unless approved and documented by Customer Service
  • prior to shipping for Quality or Manufacturing defects. If a reimbursement is required a valid receipt must be submitted to Customer Service. Packages that are lost during the return shipment are the
  • customer's responsibility.
